February 2010 – More complex, spices in the nose along with tropical sweetness, honeysuckle, and botrytis. Unctuous palate, fresh lusciousness, custard, pineapple, apple. Hint of bitterness on finish. Drink now or age 1-2 years.
March 2010 – Intense lyche tropical perfume, great palate, rich with honey characters, classic Alsatian characters. Drink or age for 2-4 more years.
February 2010 – Citrus orange zest in nose. Nice palate, luscious, nice fruit. Drink now or hold.
February 2010 – Apple cider fruit, some light floral notes. Great richness on the palate, fresher with hint of diesel, a light bit of bitterness. Drink now or hold 1-2 years.
February 2010 – slight diesel, floral perfume, incense. Leaner palate, good and elegant, still alive, more diesel on the palate rather than fresh fruit due to age. Drink now.
March 2010 – Honey and melon in the nose, great texture, rich with mango fruit and caramel. Aging wonderfully. Drink or age 1-3 years.
March 2010 – Apple fruit and cardamon spice, apricot with great texture. Sweep pineapple and peach. Age 3-5 years.
March 2010 – Honey and apricot botrytis characters, caramel and apple, great structure and a great finish of pear and honey. With this great acidity this wines should age nicely for the next 4-7 years.
March 2010 – Classic fusil oil characters, tart apples, fresh goose berry and incredible berry. Drink now or age out if you like more complexity.
March 2010 – Oak and apple fruit, cinnamon and vanilla with a palate sweet cream, peaches, and creme brulee. Drink now.
