Join Chef Giovanni Gaudio for his premiere culinary event in the Madroña Wine Cellar
Chef Giovanni is the former owner and Executive Chef of Bocconato Trattoria. He is a cookbook author and a self-described food anthropologist; paying particular attention to sourcing seasonal ingredients and crafting traditional yet simple recipes that pair well with wine. Chef Giovanni was excited about the opportunity to create a six-course food and wine pairing with Madrona after talking to Paul and discovering they share similar sensibilities and enthusiasm for all things epicurean.
Please join Chef Giovanni and Madrona for this very special event on Saturday, June 8th at 6 pm in the wine cellar at Madrona. Dessert will be served on the patio at sunset.
