In the Tasting Room
Each weekend during the month of August find fun, tastings and educational information in the tasting room. From cheese pairing with Riesling (which is far more difficult that you would think), to sampling our Corn Bisque Chowder, to tasting vintage Rieslings, we have a lot going on. Ask our staff to explain why Rieslings can vary so beautifully based on terroir or sugar level.
Summer of Riesling event @ Enotria Winebar
Taste wines from all over the world at this fabulous celebration of Riesling, with 21+ Rieslings (including Madroña) paired with the food of Chef Lance Carlini and the foods of Blackbird Restaurant. Winemaker Dinner @ Amerikan Ichi Sushi
Chef Dakota is going all out for the fabulous winemaker dinner! From barbequed Shiromagru (tuna) to his Chef’s Creation, the Placerville Monroe Roll, the pairings are exceptional.
