Crostini with Grilled Peaches and Goat Cheese

nothing more satisfying that heading down to the local market early on Saturday morning and getting the best produce for the week ahead.

I can honestly say that my favorite food in the world is a perfect peach. So it may be easy to see why this is one of our favorite appetizer recipes to prepare. It is simple yet elegant and pairs easily with wine. We tend to pair this with Zinfandel, as the goat cheese brings out the fruitiness of the wine, but it works well with Cab Franc and Nebbiolo as well. We hope that you enjoy!
